BEADORO ships free worldwide. Every order is packed by hand in our studio in China and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. Delivery then takes 8-14 days with tracking to the United States, United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia and Mexico. A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is on its way, and every bracelet travels in a solid-wood keepsake box with a meaning card inside and a paper gift bag.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of payment, Monday to Saturday. Each bracelet is checked, boxed with its meaning card and paper gift bag, then scanned into the carrier network. You get an email with your tracking number as soon as that happens.
After we hand the parcel over, delivery takes 8-14 days with tracking to the United States, United Kingdom, EU, Canada, Australia and Mexico. These are estimates, not guarantees: customs clearance, weather and peak-season volume (November and December especially) can add time. If you need a bracelet by a specific date, order early or email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Every order ships tracked, at no extra cost. Your tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout. If you ordered as a guest and did not receive it, email [email protected] and we will resend it.
If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order date, we email you a revised date and you may cancel any time before shipment for a full refund. This is our commitment, not just a policy: if we cannot get your parcel moving within 30 days of the date you ordered, we tell you first, give you a new date, and let you walk away with a full refund if you prefer.
Import duties and taxes are already included in our shipping cost - the price you pay at checkout is the final price, and you will never be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives.
How? Our parcels travel on a duty-paid shipping line: customs charges are settled on our side, nothing is collected from you at the door, and you will never receive an extra bill from us after delivery.
Please check your shipping address before paying - it is printed exactly as you type it. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away; once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we usually cannot change it. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are re-shipped once the correct address is confirmed, or refunded if you prefer.
If tracking stops moving for more than 14 days, or your bracelet arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund - your choice, and we do not ask you to return the damaged item.
